The majority of the returns that we receive are in mint condition. However, we treat them as hygiene products and would never resell any product that has an open packaging. That being said, it would be a shame to dispose products in good condition! While searching for channels to give away products to people in need and with the goal of making the apartment livable again Philip found freecycle.org and posted all the products on the page.

People from Boston and surrounding areas were eager to get the products and within a few days the apartment was almost box free. Less than a handful comforters were left and a few requests left – including Lena’s message and she wanted to pick up the remaining products the next day. Philip meet her on the street, a block away from Fenway Park in front of his apartment, to hand her the remaining products. She asked why he had all the items and if he had access to more? After a short discussion Lena mentioned charities she knows and that she could distribute the returned items for Philip. Long story short, since then we ship most of the returns to Lena and she distributes them to charities in Boston, MA and surroundings. We are grateful for her help and so happy to help local shelters and other charitable organizations that are doing such important work for our community and people in need.
